LINDA DUNCAN was born and bred in the tourist town of
Taupo, where she developed a passion for the great outdoors and travel.
She married Wayne in 1988 and together they manage an accounting
practice. Their three young children all share Linda's
enthusiasm for exploration and adventure. Linda noticed
that many places they visited were not only free - they
created fantastic family memories. She decided to buy
a book on free places to visit on holiday, but found there
was no such book, so she decided to write it herself ...
